VisiFair is an innovative SaaS service provided in the form of an online service. The solution consists of two platforms: One allows employees of large exhibition centers to plan their areas from a satellite perspective. Here, loading zones can be defined with a wide range of properties, from vehicle types and dimensions to fees and booking periods. Stand builders can book these loading zones with authorization, which is supported by the system, including fee display and document generation for accounting.
The system detects unusually high booking volumes from a booth builder and reports these "hoarder bookings" to a support operator for review. With limited space in front of the gates, the system can allocate forecourt space, record driver information and send automated reminders for departures. A QR code allows easy entry and exit at the site.
The second online component is the booking portal for loading zones, which is easily accessible and displays binding availabilities. Fallback capacities for unforeseen situations are available. In case of delays or longer dwell times, automated late payments can be incurred. VisiFair optimizes trade fair operations, reduces bottlenecks and promotes smooth operations thanks to plannable delivery times. This leads to more efficient setup times and increased trade fair performance.
