Active customer service in the area of trade fair logistics and transport
Recording and processing of incoming support requests in the ticket system
Data management and documentation in CRM tool
Colleague support
Quality assurance of the platform
Evaluation and feedback of support requests
An open and sympathetic manner
Pleasure in telephone and written contact with customers
A high degree of communication skills
You value teamwork and like to work at eye level
You are not afraid of making mistakes and just try things out
Good command of English
MS-Office is no foreign word to you
